One of the stars of ABC’s General Hospital has compared Florida Gov. Ron DeSantis (R) to Adolf Hitler, claiming the governor’s effort to remove pornographic books from public school libraries qualifies him as a “sadist.”
Actress Nancy Lee Grahn , who has repeatedly used her large social media following to smear conservatives, tweeted Monday that DeSantis “will end up making Hitler seem nice.” Her tweet was in response to a video showing examples of the sexually explicit books found in Florida public school libraries.

Well Nancy Lee Grahn please show them on national TV, like on your TV show. DeSantis tried showing them in his news conference and the networks had to censor them because they considered them pornographic.

I’m so tired of people comparing everything and everybody to Hitler. Did she mean because he was a charismatic speaker that was able to take over an entire coutry and cause WWII and kill millions of people? Obviously she has no idea what she is talking about.
Do these people have any idea how stupid they sound? How many parents want their underage kids exposed to pornography of any kind? She’s never been married, has one child, a daughter, possibly has a live-in boyfriend identified as her “partner”, and has spent her whole career portraying fictional characters. Her life is like a soap opera script.

Apparently, several of those old soap operas are still going on. My mother watched two: Another World and Days of Our Lives.
But Mom wasn’t lazy and just sat there and wasted two hours. She folded and ironed all the clothes that needed to be done, and she sewed on buttons, hemmed pants (all her daughters were vertically challenged), and repaired ripped jeans, etc. In the summer she shelled peas and butter beans. Mom got a lot done during her soap opera time. She would get upset when the shows were interrupted for emergency announcements or Presidential press conferences.
