The problem for NBC is that as a broadcast, rather than a cable new network, I think they are still subject to the Fairness Doctrine. I think they have some legal liability by presenting a biased narrative. Not that they would care. I love how they can shamelessly say that a video which shows a peaceful event is “false”.
