He ssaid he doesn’t have facial recognition software, and can’t positively identify them. It would be reckless to accuse someone whose identity you don’t even have.
The next step is to GET facial recognition software and find the FBI agents instigating this BS!!
What Tucker actually said was, "We can't show people without proof of who they really were." Maybe he meant "accuse," maybe not. Obviously there are people in the video who don't want to be identified at all.
It's possible that some are them are not in any image database outside of the deep state, and will never be available to Tucker. And we don't know if the deep state released all of the footage.
