1 for 1 attrition, sure. In this case, the Russians are dying in ratios reminiscent of the Winter War. Then, the Russians outnumbered the Finns 48 to 1, so they won anyway. They only outnumber Ukrainians 3 to 1 now. The exchange ratio is almost 5 to 1 in Bakhmut, in favor of the Ukrainians.
