Not sure what "blood" the US is spending in this war. In Ukraine, its Ukrainians that are fighting and dying, something we wanted the Iraqis and Afghans to do. Which "Neighbors" are contributing a "pittance"? Estonia, Latvia, Lithuania and Poland contributed more as a percentage of GNP than the US.
