The annual renewal tango with their customer service department is also super annoying. It goes like this.
1. SiriusXM sends me a renewal bill at full list price.
2. I call, feign outrage, and threaten canceling the subscription.
3. Customer service rep magically finds me a promotional price that is roughly the same as I’ve been paying.
4. I renew for another year until the tango begins anew the next year.
Anyone else do this?
Yes, exactly the same for me and the wife. We set a reminder on the phone calendar to know when to call and dispute the new charges.
