Just because Walmart and some real estate developer cannot find success and are moving out of Portland, I am sure some entrepreneur, preferably black or at least a POC will come in and do a much better job. Lower prices, affordable housing, lemonade springs & a big rock candy mountain.

Eventually the United States will have self-governed no-go zones. Police and government will not have effective jurisdiction. Organized crime groups will control the territories and distribute narcotics in an effort to become powerful and expand.
They execute this with a pincer move, from the top down in state and local government not prosecuting the terrorists, and on the street level (bottom up), driving out anyone without a like-minded mission and controlling the politics through the masses.

The last time I checked, Oregon is a class 3 state meaning that you can own full auto firearms which are on a form 4.
