You made some interesting points there, particularly about the D and R parties being essentially private organizations. So maybe the GOP could - for example - make a rule that says no one under indictment can participate in their primaries. Then all they need do is wait for some rigged grand jury to indict Trump.

Would the GOP be so crass and so callous? Sure they would.
