Your list of RINOs must be assembled in your mind purely out of people Trump has been whining about backing DeSantis. And of course, if they support Trump, you wouldn’t consider them a RINO (which is actually reasonable, but makes your logic rather circular).

Paul, KY: Trump, maybe DeSantis (Hate to call him a moderate, since he often votes to the right, but is 3rd most likely to vote against a conservative position)

Grassley: Both?
Hogan: hates both
Bush (Jeb): DeSantis
Rubio: DeSantis
(Bush and Rubio are home-state DeSantis Republicans)
Kasich: Neither
Cornyn: Probably tips pro-Trump, probably would accept either.
