RE: who helped him....
How many times have I heard of someone showing an act of kindness and then being murdered?
Too many.
One common one is “He stopped to help the driver of the disabled car stopped on the side of the road.” which was a scam to let a waiting accomplice rob the Good Samaritan at gunpoint. Same with phony bump from behind followed by robbery or worse if it’s a woman driver.
Coworker’s girlfriend in her twenties was in an accident and ended up dangling from her seat belt upside down and the doors jammed. A black man came up to her and she was relieved but said “I’m shaking so bad I can hardly talk and I’m afraid if you loosen the seat belt I’ll break my neck when I fall.” He grinned and reach around inside, stealing her purse, her watch, her cell phone and a bag from a store she had left. And left her still trembling.
Whatever happened to her?
