This is absolutely, demonstrably untrue, as every. single. case. of this nature compels a Presentence Investigation Report, and this Report contains EXACTLY the level of "dangerousness" that this thug represented.
And it is the job of the Prosecutor to follow-through right down to this PIR, and what this ratchet is admitting, is that she and her underling ratchet, FAILED to do, or more likely, read the PIR that indicated this thug was overflowing with "dangerousness", and IGNORED it specifically to enact the OJ Rule, which is, white people deserve everything that we can enact on them.
Blacks have seized the prosecutorial powers in FAR TOO MANY jurisdictions, because it was -- ironically -- the easiest lever of power to grab in many urban ghettos; and if any Freepers are still living in an area where the prosecutor is black, you are a goddamn fool.
I'm serious. When he moves in public he has already determined several future moves. And the man is pretty smart.

Speaking of . . . . Disney has said publicly they look forward to working with a conservative oversight board of their trillion dollar Florida enterprise.
