We have the same problem here. Women practice hypergamy (dating up).
Yep, but the problem has been around for longer and is at a more advanced stage in Japan. It’s a stupid strategy for the women though. They’ll get kicked to the curb in a few years for a younger woman, and they’ll have little to show for it, and little chance of attracting a steadier partner.
A sound plan. And one we won’t even consider adopting until it’s too late, I’m afraid.
They will be extinct unless they drop the robots abd start procreating.
I know a few Indians that are huge Trump supporters who are buying farming land and working with their extended families to farm it. I think they and others like them are the hope for America. They don’t buy into that WEF Fascist crap and hold onto America’s once long held beliefs.
It’s not a bad strategy if a woman can marry an older guy. If she is loyal, has a good personality and takes care of herself, he will probably keep her. After all, she will always be 20+ years younger than him.
The older I get, the more I think there is something about high tech societies that drives people crazy. Methinks it has to do with giving people the prosperity and free time which, in turn, allows them to cultivate bat$h!t crazy ideas.
*Fly them and their families to Japan and make them Japanese citizens. Then, let them go to work and to have a safe place to live in Japan with their families.*
Come on. Ethnic Koreans there don’t have citizenship as of the 80’s
“It’s not a bad strategy if a woman can marry an older guy.”
But they’re not marrying the older guys. The older guys are mostly already married to someone else. These are just “kept” mistresses, and temporary ones at that.
Well, it’s their decision then.
My daughter and family are considered useful foreigners (fluent in the language, respectful to the culture, marketable skillset). They roll out the welcome mat for her and her kind.
Grifters and moochers? They want on the next departing plane.
The use the same useful/not useful test on refugee populations that the WEF wants to impose on them. It isn't as difficult as the globalists make out.
Westernization since WW II and economic problems have changed attitudes about marriage and family in the younger generation. Japan knows it has a social problem.

“So far, no one in the first world is willing to do what must be done.”
I have a totally different approach—which will work—100% guaranteed—but requires out of the box thinking.
Create “super citizens” who have votes that count more than once.
Married families with one kid—that is worth two votes for each adult.
Married families with two kids—that is worth four votes per adult.
Married families with three kids—that is worth eight votes per adult.
Married families with four kids—that is worth sixteen votes per adult...
etc etc....
The politicians would be cranking out pro family legislation like crazy...
And the politicians who promised the most money from the treasury would be elected and re-elected.
