Is is more ‘special’ than say Goshen, NY?
Ogdensburg is right near the US/Canada border with a bridge going across the St Lawrence River to Prescott, ON. As a result, I just simply cross over there and there is a service that receives packages care of the address and I save money on freight and international processing fees. In a number of cases, there are also people who ship only to US addresses to begin with.
