CUSTOMERS WILL NEED TO FOLLOW NEW RULES WHEN SHIPPING CERTAIN PACKAGES. . These regulations will make it mandatory for you to list each item in your package with a "specific, accurate description" on the customs declaration form.

"Acceptable goods descriptions must include complete, detailed information, explaining the precise nature of the goods in plain language," the USPS explains on its website, adding that it must also give "an indication of what the goods are, what they are made of, and what purpose they serve."

The USPS says the new postal regulations apply to nearly 30 countries.

This is to let the recipient country know how much to tax the shipment.

No privacy.....

An obvious attempt to stop the shipment of weapons and ammo.

Needless to say, the customs form that the USPS uses has only a tiny little space to list all the information they are demanding.

So when I was ready to send the ivermectin I decided I was not going back to USPS I would go to FedEx and I’ll be ding dang darned if that guy didn’t ask me if it was medicine also.

I don’t know how many times during the supposed pandemic I was mailing medications to family and friends and no one ever asked if it was medication until then. I felt like a wanted fugitive, lol.

xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

so, did USPS & Fed Ex go ahead and let you mail/ship?

I have done accounting from my home for over 29 years, as I moved from So Cal to N Cal.

When I priority mailed data back, I always had to tell the lady at the post office what it was. That was the only question I ever got-—and I Never had to open it & show her anything. Just by the feel, you cold tell it was paper.

Thank you for referencing that article cuz1961. Please note that the following critique is directed at the article and not at you.

"USPS Congress Is Making New Changes to Your Mail, Starting Tomorrow"

FR: Never Accept the Premise of Your Opponent’s Argument

This is a rarity. The states have expressly constitutionally given the very corrupt, post-17th Amendment ratification feds the specific power to run the US Mail Service.

"Article I, Section 8, Clause 7: To establish Post Offices and post Roads;"

H O W E V E R...

Patriots, please don't overlook that career lawmakers who hide behind non-popularly elected USPS bureaucrats are ultimately constitutionally responsible for anything that USPS does.

So if citizens are of the opinion that Congress is abusing its power to run the mail service by using it to effectively weaken their constitutionally enumerated protection against warrantless searches, then patriots certainly have more primarying of RINOs to do in 2024.

"4th Amendment: The right of the people to be secure in their persons, houses, papers, and effects, against unreasonable searches and seizures, shall not be violated, and no Warrants shall issue, but upon probable cause, supported by Oath or affirmation, and particularly describing the place to be searched, and the persons or things to be seized."

Why not all new MAGA Republican faces in Congress in 2024?

Patriots, the bottom line is this imo. What is your threshold of “pain” for peacefully stopping unconstitutionally big state and federal governments controlled by bully, constitutionally undefined political parties, from oppressing the people under their boots?

The inevitable remedy for ongoing, post-17A ratification, corrupt political party treason (imo)...

All MAGA patriots need to wake up their RINO federal and state lawmakers by making the following clear to them.

If they don’t publicly support either a resolution, or a Constitutional Convention, to effectively "secede" ALL the states from the unconstitutionally big federal government by amending the Constitution to repeal the 16th (direct taxes) and 17th (popular voting for federal senators) Amendments (16&17A), doing so before the primary elections in 2024, that YOU will primary them.

If the proposed amendment was limited strictly to repealing 16&17A, relatively little or ideally no discussion would be needed before ratification of the amendment imo.

With 16&17A out of the way, my hope is that Trump 47 becomes the FIRST president of a truly constitutionally limited power federal government.

In the meanwhile, I'm not holding my breath for significant MAGA legislation to appear in the first 100 days of new term for what may still prove to be another RINO-controlled House.

Trump will hopefully do another round of primarying RINOs for 2024 elections.

Too much stuff is sent as a “gift” instead of a product that is either charged with tariffs or not allowed in the receiving country.

It doesn’t sound like a new process, just enforcing what honest folks have been doing for ages. This is another result of dishonest Chinese vendors. They are the worst to deal with.

If you ‘misrepresent’ the contents, is that “Lying to the Feds”?

That is probably its purpose now as well. I have a feeling overseas postal agencies required this info and the USPS was obligated to go along to keep the mails going.

Customs forms are already required for oversea shipments. The new rule simply updates that a specific accurate description be provided for each item.

How so? This new rule is based on European custom regulations. Customs forms are not a new requirement. The change is that now contents description must be specific and for each item. No more general descriptions such as “electronics.” or “shoes”. This is so an accurate value may be verified for taxes and duty.

You do know this is about custom declaration forms, don’t you? It is already against the law to make a false statement about contents and their value.
