Thanks for sharing, love his no holds barred look at stuff. I see some claim he is full of hot air and give no example … we will be waiting For a long time since the amount of western propaganda seems to rule the boards , have a great day, Peace!
Casualty estimates come largely from Artillery Effectiveness Models because there is very little close combat, and it would be silly to devote LEO satellite pass time to body counting, especially when they can be removed from sight, purposely or as happenstance.
Western sources quote ratios of artillery ammunition fired and it’s quite large. The western sources quote numbers like 5:1 Russia expenditures of shells vs Ukraine. These estimates are not from Russia.
It’s nearly impossible to imagine casualty ratios in favor of Ukraine, given that differential in shells fired. The basis for those numbers have been quotes from Ukraine’s MoD as part of their effort to get more ammunition shipped in. Most of the shells are precision munitions so the AEMs won’t be far off reality.
In other words, both sides have a good measurement of how many have been killed. In a world of satellite recon, there are generally no surprises of significant magnitude.
