A lot of more libertarian-leaning types gave Trump a pass on his lack of entitlement reform, because he was the only one fighting, but it’s much less appealing when he’s using those tactics on the main person in the GOP pushing back on woke on a policy level at the moment.
Agreed. The main thing that turned me off of Gary Johnson in 2016 was he came out in support of more carbon taxes. Libertarians should all be ashamed that of all the people on the general ballot, the only one not in favor of more carbon taxes was Trump, who was promising things that sounded like a big government Republican.
Trump isn’t pushing entitlement reform because he knows that we are switching over to QFS soon and there will be plenty of money for social security and healthcare/Medicare will be quickly evolving into medbed technology so he’s not worried about all that.
If you have any questions about who’s the current President go on YouTube and look at Trumps recent motorcade leaving SC last month. Then look at one of former president Obamas motorcades. Who has the large police protected motorcade with ambulance which former presidents don’t get?
We’re all watching a movie.
“...but it’s much less appealing when he’s using those tactics on the main person in the GOP pushing back on woke on a policy level at the moment.”
DeSantis is the main person pushing back? You must have been asleep for the last 6 or 7 years when Trump was doing it totally alone.
