Many Cities have these programs, some are pilot programs.

They can only be financed because of all the Federal money dumped on the cities. They constantly enable the crazy, wine giveaways.

Every time they want the big spending bills, the GOP signs off on the money dump to the Dem Cities, usually to get a New FBi building in return or many Billions for Ukraine.

I wondered what would be the benefit of spending money on nonproductive people. They aren't offering them jobs or anything. They must skim a lot of money from the Federal money earmarked for these programs.
