If they were to attack the US population with an EMP strike then the Three Gorges Dam is a legitimate target.
That’s what I think will happen if China or any other country decides to attack the USA.
A conventional bombing or missile attack would for most of America be like Pearl Harbor, make the country as Roosevelt said, no matter the cost the country will win thru until ultimate victory.
Taking out the entire country in an EMP attack would be another case altogether.
