It’s NOT the common cold. Even the most strident anti-vaxx doctors will tell you that.
It was for me. Not even much of a cold. I’ve had way worse.
However, for others it has been very bad and very debilitating.
I think my sister has long CoVid now. She got it in October, and even though she consistently tests negative for it now, she is constantly sick with some respiratory illness. It comes back every couple of weeks. She has little energy on her good days.
Some of the same people who claim it is the common cold have also claimed the virus does not and never existed, as well as claiming that those who were vaccinated were more likely to catch the COVID19 virus and die from it - and they insist all of those scenarios are true, despite the fact that would obviously have to be impossible. That’s the mentality we are dealing with - obviously a waste of time to discuss or reason with if they are that far from reality.
