Gee when one gets shot for not being what they claim what jury will convict?
It's not like the transvestites can look THAT much like an authentic female. Sure, they can doll themselves up and fool a man into buying them a drink or two in a darkened bar. But by the time you get them home, you have to know that this is a dude, even before the dress and panties come off.
Being fooled is not an excuse to kill somebody. Drive the guy home once you find out (unless you are into that kind of thing) and consider it a lesson learned.
Develop a more discriminating taste in women. Go someplace other than a darkened bar to pick one up. Killing another human just because your masculinity feels threatened is just wrong.
