A friend of mine had one that basically looked like a four seat glorified golf cart. He used it for running errands around town for his business. It worked fine for going to get coffee at the local 7-11.
My son is about to start college. He currently drives an old Ford Focus. If I need to replace it I’ll replace it with a low millage used ICE car. An EV would be completely impractical. To many trips back and forth from school and no place to charge it on campus.
For myself I think I might get a Telsa Model 3 when I need to replace my current vehicle. We’d have a fairly current SUV for any road trips and a sporty looking Tesla for local trips. I’ll put it off for as long as possible of course.
A MR COFFEE is much cheaper.
