His mental issues are “factors” but that kind of behavior cannot be tolerated. He should face some significant consequences.

Totally agree .... the way “things” are today though, it would not surprise me if he ‘gets off’ of serious consequences.
As for ‘liability insurance’ ... I would be curious to know if he’s had “incidents” before and the school should have been on notice that he was dangerous, or could be. I would hazard a guess ‘yes’. That seems to be a common trend ... the school “knows” and does nothing or not enough & people get hurt ... some badly.
My mom was a teacher two decades ago, known to be very good with high standards, fair and great discipline in the class room. Even back then, she was having parent/principal troubles (neither supporting teachers) & kids in middle school that were as big as she was running amok with little or no respect for authority. It’s only gotten worse.
Execute him.
“In this case, public castration.
Some critters shouldn’t breed.”
Unfortunately he’s probably already polluted the gene pool.
“TOOK 5 ADULTS to get him under control.
TIME FOR PEPPER SPRAY, IMO.”
Triple tap of hollow points would be a better fix.
Special feeds fatty.
Why did an anti-lynching law pass?
Probably so. Many kids with special needs are sweet natured. If anything, they suffer more at the hands of others. But, some of these kids have behavioral issues. This case is more common than people seem to realize.
So, what would you all have done with this kid with Down Syndrome: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=V7VuC0wGCg4
It’s a tough job working with these kids, but they have serious disabilities.
Three years ago, these paraprofessionals went on strike over attacks by special needs students: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8GRFcwDZ5cY
These bus drivers for special-ed students describe their experiences: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6KfykW_7Tqs
Usually, we see it go the other way - with aides or other students abusing the special-ed students. But, sometimes the special ed students attack others.
So, what do you all think should be done about these cases?
In the Washington Post - New York Times world, he’s the victim, and she’s the oppressor.
Here in Austin, there is an overwhelming desire to label all school students as “special.” That way, we can explain away poor grades and violent and aberrant behavior. The soft bigotry of lower expectations.
Why can't people like you realize that?
The case I shared was about a student with Down Syndrome who kept choking other people. It wasn’t a hypothetical.
And I never said this big student who attacked the aide should be released to the general population. I was thinking a mental health institution would be best.
Do you have any experience around people with intellectual disabilities?
What are you talking about?
WHAT EDUCATION???
DANCING & FINGER PAINTING
Steinbeck “Of Mice and Men”
Future democrat I’m sure if Democrat parents
ANOTHER EXAMPLE of race hate generated by the perverted crimes traitor fraud in DC and his entire administration
Indict the the “kid” as an adult for attempted homicide and send him to an adult prison for several decades. The victim should also bring a lawsuit against the school district seeking millions in damages. Lastly the superintendent and the entire school board should be forced to resign.
PURE BULLSHIT!
The only special needs this animal has is a Colonel Colt lead injection!
