It is not spending, it is a wealth transfer and grift, pure theft. That money is going to many other things other then war in Ukriane.
Think Year Number one was bad—wait for year number two, three and four. Wait till the depression and Americans are starving in the streets and still we send billions to Ukraine. The Billions will keep flowing until China stops buying our debt. But the cash train will still increase until its bigger than all of our budget. Russia/China will win by bankrupting us. After the peace treaty where we give Russia Alaska, and Guam and Hawaii to China. Then will start the Civil War where what was once The United States becomes three nations. (The Federal Republic, The Constitutional Republic (CSA) and Pacifica) Canada will also breal up into three states, La Republica du Quebec, Canadian Union and British Columbia joins Pacifica. The map will be changed for a time.
