OK, she’s a nutter. She pretty much proved that by her behavior during the interviews. But we still have First Amendment freedom of religion, so if she wants to howl at the full moon, it’s really none of the government’s (or court’s) business.
That such a character was elected/appointed as the grand jury’s forewoman speaks volumes about the other twenty-two on the grand jury.
She can believe what she wants to. It is a decision that she must account for.
BUT. If you think this gives even a shred of credibility to a “special” grand jury, we have a problem.
