Of course. The International Space Station recycles water from pee. Once you remove all the impurities, it’s just plain water again.

Not just people. Pick an animal; ANY animal. Just imagine how many animal kidneys some of that water has passed through. Actually, the repeated processes of evaporation a2 wend re-condensation probably renews and rejuvenates all the water over time. But then think about the air we breathe. How many times has it been breathed by other living creatures? Has any part of it ever been flatulated by a T-Rex?
