Ramaswamy was born in Cincinnati, OH to parents legally within the United States. That would make him a natural born citizen of the United States. Period. That has been adjudicated multiple times. So the Constitution is not being subverted at all.

If a child is born on US soil to non-citizen parents that child is not nor will ever be a ‘natural born’ US citizen. Parents, two, both, are the only source of natural born US citizenship.
