Pretty gutsy wordsmithing there.
Unfortunately, he only filed a quo warranto motion with the courts. The process still has to play out.
Should be a lot more than just being fired.....
Soros-backed idiots are worst idiots
GOOD
It’s about damn time. She has been a disaster from day one. There is no telling how many deaths and other harms have been caused by her refusal to prosecute criminals.
The Soros prosecutors are participants in a conspiracy to deny civil rights. This poor girl is a victim of that conspiracy.
Lets hope Gardner ends her taxpayer funded Free-ride
Thats a man, baby!
These actions are long overdue, as St. Louis Circuit Attorney Kim Gardner has been making “missteps” for as long as she has been serving in office.
Prosecutorial discretion is indistinguishable from malfeasance of office, when it is being used as frequently, and as carelessly, as this individual has chosen to. And she is by no means alone in this misuse of power.
One of her favorite tactics was to drop and refile charges on upcoming court dates - a self-determined motion for continuance.
Victims therefore are denied justice, and the criminals go on to terrorize the populace.
Andrew Baily, run for national office please!
Not saying Greitens was a Saint, but this bitch used her office to trash him .
Should be a lot more than just being fired....
Begone, Handmaiden of the darkness!
Unless Soro’s infected states want to see all out vigilante’s (ala Charles Bronson in Death Wish) operating in their cities, they need to sharpen statutes for District Attorneys.
The only way this bs is going to STOP (cold turkey!) is for victims to be able to sue DA’s personally (circumvent the shield).
Yes, Liberals will SCREAM bloody murder but they ALWAYS DO!!
Here’s a caveat. This is what “sharpen” means. Namely, IF the DA is sued and loses, her party pays half and she/he pays half of the judgment. If she/he wins, his/her legal fees will be paid by the individual that sued her/him. If the individual can’t pay, then the legal fees get paid by the state pursuant to an order of resolution by the judge. Alternatively, the DA COULD sue the person or entity that sued her/him back for damages.
The critical factor is “summary judgment”. The individual must have a REASONABLY “winnable” case in the opinion of the judge after hearing all the evidence.
Most attorneys and judges won’t like this but the system they have created over the past 250 years does not work anymore. Judges and DA’s simply cannot be trusted to follow the law.
Good.
But if any of what Gardner states is true*, the judge involved bears some responsibility too.
*There surely is a paper trail...
It’s horrible that it took such an incident to get Gardner out. Prayers for the young lady and her family and friends!!!
The complete immunity was created by the Supreme Court in 1976.
More info. including Gardner’s statement.
