Maybe Biden should visit the capital of Moldova, and drop $500 million there. That might help.

They've had several anti-government protests for not having a fair living there.....also Russians there have protested the Government’

The Pres. of Moldova was begging for help at the Security Conf. in Munick recently. She sees the war in Ukraine as an opportunity to get NATO, UN and World Bank help for her tiny nation, the size of Maryland......

She also wants Nato to assist - but the Head of Nato knows it can't (won't) as it's not a member of Nato and nobody wants responsibility for it.
