It's quite remarkable, as far as I can tell, that not a single person from the current administration has bothered to visit one of the worst ecological catastrophes in U.S. history.

If I'm wrong, I'll stand corrected but I googled Biden, Kamala, and Monkeypox Pete and I can't see where any of them have visited East Palestine, Ohio since the train derailment.

13 pallets is not truckloads.
One truck can hold 26 pallets depending on the commodity’s weight.
Typically 45,000 is the maximum freight hauled because the truck and trailer weigh around 34,000 . The legal maximun TOTAL weight is normally 80,000 pounds.

A full truck could bring 5,000 one gallons jugs of water,maybe less because containers and pallets weight must be considered.

If Trump haf gotten better advice he would have brought a load of water dispensers that use the big jugs,and a load of filled jugs. Then those would be useful in the long term as the big jugs are reusable/refillable.

And the people would have a daily reminder/evidence of help instead of a one shot bunch of disposable bottles to clean up .
