For all such stories, my default these days is to believe that it’s a hoax perpetrated by members of the group claiming to be victimized. That’s been the consistent pattern for years now. There seems to be a lot more demand for racism than actual supply.

From what I understand, Upland is a white-minority area. Latinos are the largest racial group and there are a fair number of Asians too. If this was not a hoax, I wonder whether it was white kids doing this or Latino kids.

99% chance a staged hoax and regardless we will never see a media piece if it is a hoax. This was about getting it into to the public consciousness only.
