It’s a lesson in bigotry no one should have to learn as a child, but parents of several [black] sixth graders at Pepper Tree Elementary in Upland said their kids have been the targets of racial bullying. They told FOX 11 a group of five or six schoolmates handed out handwritten and hand-drawn cards calling them "my favorite monkey," or in one case a "cotton picker" and promising "the group" would be nice to them for Black History Month.

I’d say it was a woke white lezzie or a trannie teacher. Cotton picker strikes me as coming from somebody older and the emphasis on ...”being nice” to blacks this month in one card suggests female!
My money is on the race of professional victims applying their well learned trade.
Lol George Zimmerman was a white Hispanic.
Given that most kids can’t read or spell correctly, I’d say they had some adult assistance in creating these cards. Do the phrases even sound like insults children would think of these days?

When I was a kid, some people still said things like “keep your cotton-pickin hands off of my stuff!” But it wasn’t just applied to blacks.
Actually, Upland (and the entirety of San Bernardino County) is a Hispanic majority of 46.1%. Whites are only 28%.
If this is legit and not another hoax perpetrated by blacks, it was most likely a Hispanic thing.
Same here, we did cotton pickin’, but not cotton picker. Wasn’t a term used racially.

It’s absolutely ridiculous that a movie like Blazing Saddles, which denigrates racism, could not be made today because it would be deemed racist.

Look, I know that for some reason you desperately want that elementary school to be 70% white. But it simply isn’t.
