ValleyVet.com has it for $7.99 / tube, and they’ve got a sale on now.
I started out with the paste, but switched to pill form because I’ve been taking it prophylactically long-term and its just easier.
Here’s a list of places to buy pill form IVM, no Rx required:

Also, you can get the pills (regular pills, or compounded which is cheaper) at Fresh Pharmacy in Lenoir City, TN.
They can ship it to you if you have a TN address. Or, if you want to go there from out of state they’ll sell it to you at the store.
What dose are you doing, and what interval, for prophylaxis?
As a result of all the reading up on Ivermectin I’ve done, somewhere I came across the comment that humans are about the only large mammal that humans come in regular contact with, that aren’t typically on a regular deworming schedule. Cats, dogs, cattle, sheep, goats, you name it, they get something on a schedule.
I’ve taken to giving my dogs appropriately dosed horse paste in lieu of FilariBits. It’s a heck of a lot cheaper! They’re monthly, I’ve been doing quarterly with them. At the full moon. I figure I can do less, I don’t lick butts, snuffle around in the dirt, and such. 😜
And if I’m in a big event where I may have Covid exposure, I may take a dose.
But I’m curious what others are doing.
