Pfft…a given! Geez did you really think for one moment they would….but Trump’s personal docs are fair game. POS! Don’t trust the government don’t trust the Supreme Court don’t trust elected officials I just don’t trust no one! The system has failed us, and there’s no reason to trust them anymore. Yes, but probably not for the reasons you are thinking. It was just a very bad argument they were making in this case.
It might be the SC would reject any argument along these lines, but even if that weren’t true, they still would have rejected this particular one.
