No, this article misses the mark entirely, in my not-so-humble opinion.
Even a majority of Christians agree that abortion should be available in order to save the life of the mother.
But the strategy of the left isn't for 'the life of the mother,' it is for 'the health of the mother.'
What isn't explicitly spoken by the Left, but is almost universally invoked when necessary, is that the 'health of the mother' includes the MENTAL health of the mother, and all the mother has to say is "I can't cope with having a baby" and the mental health test is satisfied.
That is the evil of the Left.
This is indeed the loophole they intend when they say, "health of the mother."

Preposterous that abortion is somehow “health care” denied to women if not legal. It is NOT health care to the pre-born baby.
Also 0.1% of abortions are due to incest.
Around 1-1.5% are to rape.
Ending of a ectopic pregnancy is not actually abortion since the baby would never have been born outside the uterus. Even Catholics ruled that is true.
Finally, a local news woman said “the Supreme Court’s overruling of Roe which ended the US Constitution’s guarantee of abortion rights to women.”
I’m sure she heard that Leftist myth repeated since middle school-——but dare her to find the part of the Constitution that Roe referred to. Ain’t there.
