I am thinking that Biden is giving Bill Clinton a run for his money over which of them is the bigger liar.
I think Biden wins for overall number and ridiculousness of his lies; but, Clinton will lie even when the truth wouldn't hurt him in any way -- the lie is his go-to place no matter what. Tough call on which is worse.
