Somebody pointed out in the last couple of days that a ship Hersch has participating in this dastardly deed was decommissioned long ago and may by now have been cut up for scrap.
The question of guilt is still open, but Seymour has definitely passed his “sell-by” date.

It’s not unbelievable that the ship could have been taken off the books and put into some sort of “special operations”.
