Yes they are. they have invaded another country for no good reason at all laying waste to it and getting over 100k people killed. This follows a lot of actions like this over the last 100 years. The people like us argument was used by libs 30 years ago to appease the Soviet Union and now it is being used by you. They are not like us. Certainly not Putin and the people around him.
