I met Biden in NH at the 4th of July parade. This was before Obama was elected. Biden is(was) a skinny guy about 5’ 8” tall. Z looks like a midget.

NO, Biden is NOT 6’ 2” tall.
I met him in person. Talked to him for 15 minutes from 2-3’ away. I am 5’ 10”. She was slightly shorter than me.
There is absolutely NO WAY he is 6’ tall.
Living in NH since 1985 in a town that has a 4th of July parade frequented by people with presidential aspirations has led to me meeting many candidates in person.
I have met/shaken the hand of:
GHW Bush (tall lanky guy, met him in Kennybunkport after losing to Clinton)
GW Bush(about 6’ 1” tall)
Bob Dole (little guy, shook his left hand, right was injured in WW2)
Mitt Romney (tall thin guy about 6’ 3”)
John Kerry (6’ 5” tall lanky dude,should have been a basketball player)
Tulsi Gabbard (bad facial acne, big butt, looks better on TV)
Bill Richardson (fat guy)
Joe Biden
Joe Liberman(much bigger in person than on TV, huge head like Elmer Fudd, in great physical shape)
Trump I saw from about 75’ away when he came to NH arena for rally.
I have also met several more that I can not even remember their names. Like the Dr Gov from VT that screamed. Plus many of NH’s Governors and Senators when they are up for reelection.
