That part already happened when the US Senate ratified the UN charter in 1945.

Ratification of the UN Charter (or any other treaty) neither eliminates any right of a US citizen nor creates new rights. See Reid v. Covert (1957).

"No agreement with a foreign nation can confer power on the Congress, or on any other branch of Government, which is free from the restraints of the Constitution."
