First electricity costs will rise a lot further. Then electricity will become scarce just like food.
If the USSC cared about the constitution then they would make it illegal for anyone but congress to write rules and laws. But sadly the USSC is communist.
the USSC is not an activist group, supposedly. they can only rule on cases brought before them from the lower courts.
