The sources are mostly the Ukrainian and Western. Although I agree that it sounds too stupid to be true. But then who could believe that Biden is going to blow up pipelines?

“Now they are ready to go into action to bring Putin down.”

The Ukraine, in a real all out war, doesn’t have the capacity to take down Russia. As of 9 days ago, according to National World, Russia’s military on the ground stands at around 1.5 million armed force personnel (not including drafted) five times greater than that of Ukraine which has 311,000 armed personnel as published by The World Bank. And they are losing them faster no matter what the propaganda is from the doctored media that is trying to justify protecting American interests in both countries. The Ukrainees are also out run in the sky. Ukraine currently relies on its Soviet-era fighter jets, which were made before Kyiv declared independence from the Soviet Union over 30 years ago. The planes have been overpowered by Russia’s modern jets that can fire missiles from a long range without entering Ukrainian airspace. And the token amount the US is willing to give them will just be a mosquito to be swatted.

The Ukraine’s best defense is the worth they have in their exporting and little things like the cake, they have minerals, and with the agriculture. And that’s why Putin hasn’t gone in and clobbered them. He’s greedy.

This is crazy. Sending Ukraine $$$ so they can harden their power grid while we ignore our obvious Achilles heel - we can’t replace the huge transformers in a month - they are ordered from China years in advance. They are custom-built. There are NO spare ‘lying’ around.

But Ukraine gets our $$$ to ‘harden’ their power grid.

But seriously, if we withdraw our forces to gaze at our navels and allow the new foreign axis to take enough real estate and people to build up and nuke us, our slobovian, selfish factions will start caring enough to support our allies and build our power systems right.

Quite a few nations are sending power grid components and money to rebuild infrastructure in Ukraine. The article says, “...bomb-proofing all 90 of Ukraine’s major substations will require more than $3 billion...”

Projects like that are cheaper than a much longer and more costly future war. We should do the same here, in the USA, even though it would cost many times more. But rent seeking anarchists and commies here don’t want to pay for it.
