Perhaps they could bring in a bunch of Hari krishnas to beg money from the “homeless” as the Haris infested the airports back in the 1970s. Haven’t seen any of them around for a long time!
The deep state is slitting their own throats by allowing Mayor Gollum to rule over Chicago.
Back in May, 2020, she sent Obuma’s “army” into Cicero to attack Mexican neighborhoods and businesses. The Mexicans set up armed barricades to meet the deep state’s BLM “army,” and the Mexicans kicked their butts and chased them back into the inner city.
Chicago is another example of the stupidity and incompetence of the 50-IQ deep state. Let it continue.

excellent question ... several decades ago, a body was discovered at an abandoned Hugh M Woods big box lumberyard type of store ... he’d apparently been living there for quite some time ...a cop buddy of mine said his drivers license listed that Hugh M. Woods address as his home address and that he’d been receiving mail there ...

I remember when Chicago Cops patrolled O’Hare - They checked people to see if they had a ticket or were waiting for someone - there was no loitering allowed.
