A psychology grad student tested mine when I was 19, I scored 124. There are different tests with different scales. IMHO, there are other factors in overall intelligence presentation.
IQ tends to collect them all in fact.
There is a theory of an underlying factor, often referred to as “G”.
Occupational skills or talents also depend on other aspects of personality, such as conscientiousness. It’s possible to have a high IQ and still be too incapable of putting in the work to succeed.
In my career however I have found, subjectively, that the smart people are usually quite good in all the other areas they need to succeed.
