Ordinarily, if there is the slightest oil spill, the EPA and Transportation Dept. are there in droves and in full-blown hysteria. Pets are dying, the songbirds have disappeared and conflicting advice abounds. But this town is a bunch of working class folks who voted 71 percent for Donald Trump, making it of as much interest to the Dems in Congress and Transportation Secretary Mr. Butt as would West Virginia.
