Isn’t there a code within the IRS code that prevents pastors, rabbis, and other religious leaders from speaking on political matters? If they do, they’ll lose their 501(c)(3) status.
The IRS code which you refer to simply says, "No man can serve two masters: for either he will hate the one, and love the other; or else he will hold to the one, and despise the other. Ye cannot serve God and mammon"
I think the Bible says that, too.
