The stance of the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention on face masks has taken many twists and turns throughout the COVID pandemic.
After initially claiming face coverings weren’t necessary, the CDC changed course in April 2020, calling on all Americans — even children as young as 2 — to mask up.
That September, then-CDC Director Dr. Robert Redfield said during a Senate hearing that “face masks are the most important powerful health tool we have,” even suggesting that they might offer more protection than vaccines.

NYS lifted its muzzle mandate for healthcare settings and nursing homes Sunday night.
I haven’t found a single NYS health system that has removed its muzzle mandate.
Every time I have been in a healthcare setting iver the last three years I see healthcare workers violating their own infection control protocols with regard to muzzles.
And since muzzles are fomites, wonder how much muzzles have contributed to nosocomial spread of far more than coof in healthcare settings.
Not that health systems care.

Outrageous: HHS is still promoting child abuse in the form of forcing autistic kids to wear masks
Check out that video.
Did you even read what I wrote?

If told by a "medical professional" who really believes this fiction, that "medical professional" is ignorant and has lost their credibility to dispense medical advice.
If told by a "medical professional" who damn-well knows masking won't affect transmission of a respiratory virus then it's a lie ... a damnable, vile lie they used to purposely put their patient at risk.
I just had an idea, so I’m passing it on to any manufacturers lurking who have some testicular fortitude and want to make some money...
Health systems in NYS are STILL demanding patients wear muzzles.
So here’s what I’d like to be able to buy: disposable facemasks with the words NOT AUTHORIZED FOR USE IN HEALTHCARE SETTTINGS printed on one side.
I’m doing my darndest to stay away out of Big Med’s clutches, but in the event I can’t do that, I want to be able to wear one of those when I have to go.
