Aren’t you the naive dreamer? The Cartels would just pay off The Big Guy instead of El Presidente. Nothing would change except who is getting the drug money and how much. Right now El Presidente is sending some fraction to The Big Guy. If we take over, The Big Guy can cut El Presidente out entirely and take it all.
