The affirmative action crowd was kept busy shuffling useless paperwork. Out of curiosity, did they determine the placement of individuals in the AA crowd by appearance, or by performance?

The AA crowd identified themselves—they were totally unable to deal with complex or difficult issues.
Their appearance was just a coincidence of course!
