I don't know about the other new communities, but Sde Boaz is already in existence. It's in walking distance of Neveh Daniel in Gush Etzion, other side of the highway from Efrat. Judging from that, I would posit that the others are already there, too, but are now being made "legal," and will no longer be demolished in the middle of the night every time someone in Civil Administration gets wood. Pity that Mitzpeh Avihai next to the Harsina neighborhood of Kiryat Arba is not coming back. They wrecked that over and over until the residents stopped trying. I had friends there.
