This is not a conspiracy. Joe once said that he would do it. And notice after Denmark and Sweden did their investigation, all info on this disappeared from all media. All of Europe is afraid of the US, who has a reputation of punishing or attacking anyone that stands against them. The question is, did Biden threaten the countries that found the evidence that the US did it?
Why do these pussy European countries fear a Democratic led USA more than say a Trump led USA? My only guess is they are part of the Uniparty grift.
